Exchange Policy

  1. Lingerie/Loungewear, Shoe, Accessories and Customized/Altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.  
  2. Products purchased directly from our website must be Exchange to our Customer Services department for an Exchange. Unfortunately, online purchases cannot currently be returned in-store.
  3. Please note, the items purchased from our retail outlet cannot be sent to us for exchange through courier. The items can be exchanged at our retail outlet. 

The products will only be exchanged if we have failed to deliver the right size. All the sizes are clearly mentioned on our website and it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizes before ordering. In case the customer orders the wrong size, there would be 15% deduction in price for the exchange item. 

The exchange of item will be allowed if:

 

  • The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, phone call, SMS or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receipt of the purchased item. 

  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective tags attached.

  • The customer in his/her request for exchange has stated the reason(s) why he/she wishes to exchange the item.
  • It has no emits, odours, perfume scents, stains or anything which suggests the item was used or washed.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item bought on regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price. Parien House has the right, at its the sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange. Upon the acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service. This exchange policy does not apply to orders to be shipped outside Pakistan.

 

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.

    • In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

    • The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.

    • Customized orders include alterations and made to measure products which CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.

     

If customer want to exchange item with any other item 20% will be charge extra.

As we are sourcing the products from outside the country, the size exchange would only be done if the issue is at Parien House end. The exchange request will only be entertained within 7 days of receiving the products. This means if the product was sent e.g. on the 5th of this month, then you have until the 12th to start a return.
After 7 days it will be solely company decision to fulfill your request or not.
Parien House holds the authority to reject any exchange claim if not met with company policy as mentioned in above paragraph. Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Refund or return will only occur if :-
1. The wrong item was sent.
2. The item is defective.
3. The item was damaged in shipping. You can claim refund within 7 days from date of item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).
4. If customer want to exchange item with any other item 20% will be charge extra.
Please note that cash refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can ask for a full cash refund by contacting us at 0302 1442134.
You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. After you receive the tracking number it will be not possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 3-7 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.
In case of COD once a refund is confirmed we will initiate it either by issuing a voucher.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning item. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable.

Returning a product is simple, just follow the Actions mentioned below:
1. Assess if your product fulfills all needs
2. Contact us at 0302 1442134 with your order number
3. Representative will share details to send item back.
4. Pack things in same packing and share tracking id at whats app
5. Your returned item will be Quality Checked
6. If supported and Quality Assess passes, You’ll Be refunded/Exchange for the product.

Which are the requirements for returning the merchandise?

Seal has to be intact as delivered, the item in original condition and not being used. Item should comprise all accessories and packaging.

How can I get and when?
A complete refund after receiving back the product in the Kind of:

  • Store Credit Voucher: 3-4 business day after quality check
  • Bank transfer or cheque: 5-7 business days after quality check
  • Credit card refund: 5-7 business days after quality check
